TEAMING UP WITH MOVE CHARITY: EXERCISE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH CANCER
27th November 2020
Delighted to announce that I am teaming up with Move Charity to support and empower children and young people with cancer, by providing specific exercise advice and ongoing monitoring in one-to-one online exercise programmes.
As with my other patients, I’ll be devising bespoke clinical exercise programmes tailored to the individual’s cancer diagnosis, type and stage of treatment, medications and side effects, current fitness levels and theirs and their medical team’s goals.
REMOTE (VIDEO) AND ONLINE EXERCISE PROGRAMMES
25th June 2020
COVID-19 and lockdown may have presented the problem of not being able to physically see patients in-person recently. However, video consultations have allowed me to continue to perform exercise consultations and exercise sessions with my patients and clients including those based internationally, from all around the world, for whom previously a visit to London would have been required to be able to meet.
I am also delighted to announce the launch of my completely online Clinical Exercise programmes and Health and Fitness Optimisation exercise programmes, which can be followed wherever you are in the world (whilst still being completely tailored to the individual’s needs, with ongoing remote monitoring and review of the programme and adjustments made to its personalised prescription accordingly). Several clients based all over the UK are already undertaking and achieving success with their online programmes.
