Programmes are bespoke; tailored to your individual needs and goals. All programmes are available in the 3 different formats listed below to allow you to structure your programme in a way that best suits you.

Programmes are available in Remote and Online formats, making them accessible to individuals all over the world and providing the flexibility required by those based in the UK but who travel frequently to be able to keep to their programme wherever they are.

1) In-Person (Exercise sessions delivered face-to-face)

2) Remote (Exercise sessions delivered via phone or video call)

3) Online (A written exercise and lifestyle programme to follow, which is updated accordingly as you progress, with remote monitoring. Remote support provided via text/email/phone call)

Whichever programme format you choose, you will receive meticulously monitoring of your training sessions and exercise workload and your programme will be adapted as necessary to ensure the optimal physiological outcomes are achieved to progress you towards your physiological goals. Tom's work extends beyond the training sessions to provide a holistic approach, with Tom on-hand to provide advice and support remotely as well as helping to create a training and recovery schedule, providing advice and analysis on nutritional choices and monitoring physical activity levels and recovery.
